Shipping Policy

Delivery costs for all international & Europe orders do not include customs/duty/import fees.

Products delivered to destinations within the EU, may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges after the Brexit deal, which are imposed by local legislation. 

US customers please be aware of the ongoing changes in import duties.

Handbag Angels are not responsible for the payment of customs charges, and they are to be settled by the customer. We have a No Returns Policy, meaning any orders returned to us as a result of a Non-Payment of Duty cannot be refunded.

If you’re ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they’re aware they’ll be responsible for these additional charges. Unfortunately Handbag Angels Ltd have no control over these charges and cannot determine what they may be, so we’re unable to offer any help on these processes. We’d advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.

Vat & Duty levied by the country you live in, will be calculated by the carrier and you will be notified before delivery. This amount can be paid directly to the carrier to avoid any extra work or inconvenience for yourselves.
