DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY |
Please allow 2-5 working days for items to be made to order before dispatch.
UK Deliveries : Royal Mail 48 hour Tracked delivery service.
Worldwide Deliveries : 5-10 days after dispatch (customs delays possible).
Delivery costs for all international & Europe orders do not include customs/duty/import fees.
Products delivered to destinations within the EU, and other countries worldwide, may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges after the current Brexit deal, which are imposed by local legislation. Handbag Angels are not responsible for the payment of customs charges, and they are to be settled by the customer. We have a No Returns Policy, meaning any orders returned to us as a result of a Non-Payment of Duty cannot be refunded.
If you’re ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they’re aware they will be responsible for these additional charges. Unfortunately Handbag Angels Ltd have no control over these charges and cannot determine what they may be, so we are unable to offer any help on these processes. We would strongly advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.
Vat & Duty levied by the country you live in, will be calculated by the carrier and you will be notified before delivery. This amount can be paid directly to the carrier to avoid any extra work or inconvenience for yourselves.
If you have concerns about these charges, you are welcome to arrange a collection for your order with ourselves, by getting in touch at orders@handbagangels.co.uk. Please note this must be arranged in advance of purchase and also collection must be made within our opening hours.
Exchange & Returns Policy
Our liner / organisers are bespoke, custom made-to-order items, specifically made for you and your handbag. Unless there has been a mistake made during the make-up process, we do not accept returns. If there is a make-up issue with your liner, please do let us know. Our aim is and always has been, to keep our customers happy. If you and your handbag are happy; then so are we!
All of our handbag liners, protection kits, conversion kits, handbag cushions and all other felt items are bespoke and handmade to order by our talented team. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our items.

If upon receipt of your order you feel there has been a make up error, please inform us at your earliest convenience. Customer care is at the heart of everything we do, and if you and your handbags are unhappy, then neither are we!
