We are still shipping worldwide, as per the government guidelines.

Our aim is to process and dispatch our orders the same day, But sometimes takes upto 3 days, We ship using DPD or UPS's fully tracked service

UK Deliveries : Next day service as standard with DPD.


European Deliveries : 2-5 days (with a possible 24hr hour delay with Customs) with UPS

With all Purchases from our website that are being delivered into Europe,

Products delivered to destinations within the EU may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges after the current Brexit deal, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the products is responsible for all customs formalities for their export and import, and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges. The recipient of the goods, not the person who's ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges via UPS / DPD.


If you're ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they're aware they'll be responsible for these additional charges. Unfortunately Handbag Angels Ltd have no control over these charges and cannot determine what they may be, so we're unable to offer any help on these processes. We'd advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country or with UPS before ordering products to be delivered there. 


Vat & Duty levied by the country you live in, will be calculated by the carrier and you will be notified before delivery. This amount can be paid directly to the carrier to avoid any extra work or inconvenience for yourselves.


If you have concerns about these charges, you are welcome to arrange a collection for your order with ourselves, by getting in touch at Please note this must be arranged in advance of purchase and also collection must be made within our opening hours.



Exchange & Returns Policy


Items which HAVE NOT been personalised and ARE NOT Bespoke can be returned if unused, unaltered, all labels attached, in their original box to protect it whilst in transit back to us, along with a your Name and Order Number. Your Order Number can be found on your confirmation email. Return postage is non refundable.

Items must be received by our returns department within 28 days from dispatch.

Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt of the returned goods. 

PLEASE NOTE all shortages/damaged/or other discrepancies with your order must be reported within 24 hours of taking delivery of your order. 

Goods, which prove unsuitable, may be returned for a refund, credit note or exchange if they are returned to us within 28 days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions: 

1.   Items are returned at your own cost and risk.
2.   Items received are in a re-saleable condition, i.e New and Unused.
3.   Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund 
4.   Items are returned complete in their original box.
5.   We cannot accept any items, which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return. Including personalised items and Bespoke items.
6.   All returns are to be accompanied with your Name and Order Number. Otherwise your refund may be subject to a delay.
7.   We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered or lost, please keep your proof of postage, as it may be required in the event of a claim.

8. Exchanges, Customers are to pay for Exchange delivery costs. UK-£4.50 and Normal shipping rates abroad.




Step 1 - Write down your Name and Order Number, as well as your reason for return on a piece of paper.

Step 2 - Package the goods you are returning.

Repackage all goods in secure packaging to prevent damage when in transit. (see condition 2 above)

Step 3 - Send the Parcel via a Tracked Service & Obtain proof of postage.

Step 4 - Processing the Return

Once we receive your return, the goods will be inspected and refunds for the order will be processed within 10 days of receipt of goods.

Return and Exchange Policy

Exchanges (UK only) can take up to 7 working Days to process, and any difference in cost between products you are exchanging will be calculated and discussed via email or telephone.

Refund will be Actioned within 10 working Days once processed by our returns team.
