To all our customers across the world, our shipping information is changing on a daily basis so we aim to keep our website updated in line with this...
We are still shipping worldwide, as per the government guidelines.
Our aim is to process and dispatch our orders the same day, But sometimes takes upto 3 days, We ship using DPD or UPS's fully tracked service
UK Deliveries : Next day service as standard with DPD.
Worldwide Deliveries : 5-7 days after despatch (with a possible 24hr hour delay with Customs) with DPD Air Classic.
Products delivered to destinations within the EU, and other countries worldwide, may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges after the current Brexit deal, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the products is responsible for all customs formalities for their export and import, and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges. The recipient of the goods, not the person who's ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges via DPD.
If you're ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they're aware they'll be responsible for these additional charges. Unfortunately Handbag Angels Ltd have no control over these charges and cannot determine what they may be, so we're unable to offer any help on these processes. We'd advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country or with DPD before ordering products to be delivered there.
Vat & Duty levied by the country you live in, will be calculated by the carrier and you will be notified before delivery. This amount can be paid directly to the carrier to avoid any extra work or inconvenience for yourselves.
If you have concerns about these charges, you are welcome to arrange a collection for your order with ourselves, by getting in touch at email@example.com. Please note this must be arranged in advance of purchase and also collection must be made within our opening hours.
Exchange & Returns Policy
Our liner / organisers are bespoke custom made-to-order items, specifically made for you and your handbag. Unless there has been a mistake made during the make-up process, we do not accept returns. If there is a make-up issue with your liner, please do let us know. Our aim is and always has been, to keep our customers happy. If you and your handbag are happy; then so are we!
